Series HPM

The HANSA Pre-Mix gas burner series are manufactured in five different sizes. The performance of the whole burner range reaches from 10-150 kW.

The HPM 1.1 with a performance of 10-40 kW and the HPM 1 with a performance of 20-70 kW are fully modulating and available in 1 or 2 step technology.

Special advantages of pre-mix gas burners are:
- Low NOx and CO emission values
- Excellent flame stability
- Small loss of pressure in burner's head piece
- Resistant against strong temperature variations.
- No problems with flame backstrokes
- No flame pushing forward,enabling its application even in compact burner chambers.

Available also with continuous 1 step (HPM1/1.1 only) or 2 step adjustment or fully modulating with stepless adjustment. Full air-gas modulation as standard in all models. The all electronic burner control offers considerable functions. Once as firing automat and by four NTC temperature sensors for control and display of flow temperature and return temperature. Control of function and fault diagnosis are standard of the electronic module. Additionally available software allows for display of temperature profiles, burner settings and diagnosis. The panel of burner electronics is integrated into burners cap, but on special wish is also separately available for integration into any panel.

The PreMix burner is a compact lightweight with a broad operational spectrum.

Series HMG

The gas burner of HMG stands out for absolute quiet run and non–polluting combustion.

They are inspected and authorized in accordance to EN 676, DIN 4788 and CE–0085AS0075, fitted for combustion of natural gas H/L 20/25mbar (E,EZ) and Propane–Butane 50mbar (F,FZ).

A new developed gas lance with premixing zone ensures at the flue gas volume highly reduced NOx and CO rates. An air choke prevents a fast cooling out of the combustion chamber during non operation of the apparatus. There is also guaranteed a safe starting-up as well as a stable combustion by an optimised high-pressure fan. The flame detection occurs to the intrinsically safe ionisation principle. Suction and pressure side air–regulation enable a precise air amount adjustment, even at lower capacity ranges, and a simple but accurate adjustment is ensured by a precision mix–equipment.

Furthermore the series impresses by an easy handling, among others with, the practical maintanance position.

Series 12

The gas burner of series 12 stands out for absolute quiet run and non–polluting combustion.

They are inspected and authorized in accordance to EN 676,DIN 4788 and CE–0085AS0075, fitted for combustion of natural gas H/L 20/25mbar (E,EZ) and Propane–Butane 50mbar (F,FZ).
